This independent 80 sq.m. villa is a stone-built maisonette, meticulously crafted to offer privacy and comfort. It is an ideal choice for couples or families, accommodating up to 5 guests.
The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a spacious living room, along with the first bathroom. The two sofas are equipped with premium COCO-MAT sleeping systems and can be configured as one king-size bed or two twin beds, according to your needs. These beds feature high-quality mattresses and toppers to ensure a restful and rejuvenating sleep. This area offers complete autonomy, as it can be separated by a sliding door. An extra single bed can also be added to accommodate a fifth guest.
The ground floor also opens onto two private verandas with outdoor dining furniture. The combination of these outdoor spaces with the surrounding views provides an exceptional living experience in Kardamyli.
On the first floor, you will find the master bedroom featuring a COCO-MAT double bed—complete with a specialized mattress and topper system—and the second bathroom. The bedroom’s private balcony offers a cozy seating area with unobstructed views of the sea and the sunset. This is also where your private 4-person jacuzzi is located, featuring water temperatures up to 40°C (perfect for winter stays) and a soothing chromotherapy system.
